-We are a Financial Aid Organization. We depend on outreach donations from the public, and business to provide financial assistance to high school graduates as long as funds are available.

-Smith Foundation is committed to making its rigorous education experience semi-affordable to all admitted students, regardless of family financial circumstances, and offer need based financial aid to applied students.

-We understand over 100% of student's demonstrated need. Other organizations may give need based from $1,000 to $57,000 grants and gifts.  I assure you we will get there with your help by donations and pledge offering by sharing this information with  family and friends.

-We have dedicated significant time and effort raising funds per year to assist in educational goals. We will continue to navigate the process and find attainable, affordable solutions to assist.

-We realize students and their families are unable to meet the full cost of a college education without financial aid or other alternative financing methods.  This is why applying for this grant will help our mission to assist students in providing toward their resources to delay enabling circumstances.

-We seek to accomplish this through the expertise of our staff, significant outreach efforts, and timely publications and notices toward solicitations and asking for donations.

-We serve ALL HIGH SCHOOL applied students.  We base financial aid decision on the total cost of each fiscal year fundraisers, broken down as follows for the 2015-2017 academic year.  Assistance may go toward education, comprehensive fee, books, ad student activity fees.

-There are different kind of financial aid, but those funds are not labored from hard rock, which make a difference in doing all we can and more to provide for future generation education.  The Smith Foundation  awards are made out to Student/University, and must be cashed within 90 days of date awarded. 


-Must be a US Citizen

-Must be a high school senior

-Must be accepted or registered in a 2 or 4 year accredited institution

-Two letters of recommendation are required

-Scholarship is not renewable

-Must be completed by deadline

-Application may be obtained by email, mail, or local Guidance Counselor.
